SWINE FLU – OBAMACARE – MICROCHIP IMPLANT

JOE BIDEN’S  “INSTRUCTION”  TO JOHN ROBERTS

On September 12, 2005, a confirmation hearing was being held for John Roberts regarding his nomination for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.  One of the many interesting statements made by then Senator Biden, now Vice President Biden, was the following presented in this short video of the Senate Confirmation Hearings.  Was Joe Biden’s statement just another “slip of the tongue” that Biden has become infamous for, or an attempt to show key “people” that he was in the “inner circle” of the “enlightened ones”, the Illuminati?  The Bible states that there will be a “Mark of the Beast”, and certainly, many believe, as do I, that it will be a microchip implant in the right hand or in the forehead.  Did Senator Biden “let the cat out of the bag” on that day in September?

SWINE FLU IMPORTED FROM RUSSIA?

According to the World Health Organization, Russia is still in the category of “countries not yet hit” by the swine flu pandemic.  Two hundred and eleven confirmed cases of the infection is not many, especially considering the hundreds of thousands of Russians who take summer holidays abroad (it was after returning from foreign countries that all those infected fell ill).  In hospital patients, however, get free treatment.

Note, the above practice of hospitalizing all swine flu sufferers (perhaps to provide an antidote?), plus the recent Russian subs being off the east coast, the reports of Russian tanks offloaded onto American docks, and Russian soldiers and military gear stockpiled in several resort areas around the country is certainly a scenario for an attack and/or a ground assault by Russian troops during a “swine flu pandemic” in America!  If most of the “populace” were sick with swine flu, it would be very difficult to defend against any “enemy – foreign or domestic”!  Take a look at the following chart provided by the New England Journal of Medicine at the number of documented swine flu cases around the globe, and then look at Russia.  Russia is almost totally clean, only 211 confirmed cases as of 8/27/2009!

WELCOME TO OBAMACARE – HERE’S YOUR CHIP!

Come on now, surely no one would believe that the U. S. Government would design a microchip implant to be implemented along with a “change” to a government run National Health Plan, would they?  Well, believe it or not, that is exactly what is in the program that the Obama Administration is attempting to force on all of us!

First, you can actually READ the proposed health-care bill for yourself at this link if you

want to read through 1017 pages! Of course, not even the Senators and Congress reads any of these bills before they sign them, so why would the public be expected to?  Just

look at what is buried on pages 1001 and 1004 near the very end of this huge document that is just too long to be read by our “servants” in Washington, D. C.

The Obama Health care bill under Class II (Paragraph 1, Section B) specifically includes

‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.” Then on page 1004 it describes what the term “data” means in paragraph 1, section B:

14 ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to in15
formation respecting a device described in paragraph (1),
16 including claims data, patient survey data, standardized
17 analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of
18 data from disparate data environments, electronic health
19 records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the
20 Secretary”

What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Lets see…in page 1004 of the bill.
Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is a “implantable radio-frequency
transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

This sort of device would be implanted in the majority of people who opt to become covered by the public health care option. With the reform of the private insurance companies, who charge outrageous rates, many people will switch their coverage to a more affordable insurance plan. This means the number of people who choose the public option will increase. This also means the number of people chipped will be plentiful as well. The adults who choose to have a chip implanted are the lucky (yes, lucky) ones in this case. Children who are “born in the United States who at the time of birth is not otherwise covered under acceptable coverage” will be qualified and placed into the CHIP or Children’s Health Insurance Program (what a convenient name). With a name like CHIP it would seem consistent to have the chip implanted into a child. Children conceived by parents who are already covered under the public option will more than likely be implanted with a chip by the consent of the parent. Eventually everyone will be implanted with a chip. And with the price and coverage of the public option being so competitive with the private companies, the private company may not survive.

The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease. The Department has determined that quarantine in your home and other less restrictive alternatives are not acceptable because [insert the reason home quarantine is not acceptable, the person violated a previously issued home quarantine order, the person does not have an appropriate home setting conducive to home quarantine, etc.] The Department is therefore ordering you to comply with the following provisions during the entire period of quarantine:

1. Terms of confinement. You are ordered to remain at the quarantine facility, _____________________ [insert name and address of facility], from ___________ to ____________ [insert dates of quarantine].

2. Requirements during confinement. During the period of quarantine:

a. You must not leave the quarantine facility at any time unless you have received

prior written authorization from the Department to do so.

b. You must not come into contact with anyone except the following persons:

(i) other persons who are also under similar quarantine order at the quarantine facility;

(ii) authorized healthcare providers and other staff at the quarantine facility;

(iii) authorized Department staff or other persons acting on behalf of the Department; and

(iv) such other persons as are authorized by the Department.

c. Your daily needs, including food, shelter, and medical care, will be provided for you

during the period of quarantine at the quarantine facility. You should bring clothing, toiletries, and other personal items with you to the quarantine facility. You will have limited access to a telephone at the quarantine facility. You may bring your cell phone with you should you desire to have greater access to a means of communication.

6. Violations of order. If you fail to comply with this Quarantine Order you may be ordered

to be quarantined in a more restrictive facility. In addition, failure to comply with this order is a simple misdemeanor for which you may be arrested, fined, and imprisoned.

7. Your rights B appeal rights. While under quarantine you have the rights as described in subrule 1.9(8) of Attachment B. In addition, you have the right to appeal this order

pursuant to subrule 1.9(7) of Attachment B.
